These Terms govern use of the Holiday Community Impact Campaign website and application process operated by Reach Gospel Network and Dunamis Global.

Campaign applications

Submitting an application expresses interest and does not guarantee acceptance, availability, placement, sponsorship, pricing or campaign results. Participation is subject to review, fit, inventory, scheduling and a separate written agreement or approved order.

Business information

You agree to provide accurate, current information and confirm that you are authorized to act for the business or organization named in the application. You are responsible for updating material changes before campaign launch.

Creative materials and approvals

You are responsible for having the rights to names, logos, claims, music, images and other materials you provide. Campaign messages and creative may be reviewed for clarity, legal compliance, technical requirements and brand suitability. Final materials, schedules and placements require approval under the applicable campaign agreement.

Services and performance

Specific deliverables, pricing, dates, inventory and measurement terms are established in a separate proposal, order or agreement. Audience response, sales, donations, attendance and other outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Reports may include estimates and third-party platform data.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site or forms, submit unlawful or misleading content, infringe another party’s rights, interfere with site operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-party services

The campaign may use third-party platforms for forms, communications, scheduling, hosting, media distribution and analytics. Availability and performance of those services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

Intellectual property

Campaign branding, site content and materials created by Reach Gospel Network or Dunamis Global remain their property unless a written agreement states otherwise. Client-owned materials remain the client’s property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reach Gospel Network and Dunamis Global will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of this site or the application process. Any campaign-specific remedies are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Changes and termination

We may update the site, application process or these Terms and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, compliance or operations. The effective date above identifies the current version.
